CANCELATION / RESCHEDULE / NO SHOW POLICY
Every appointment(s) must be booked with a 25%(from the initial price)non refundable booking fee(deposit) which will be credited towards your services cost, touch ups required 50% non refundable booking fee(deposit)

RESCHEDULING / OR CANCELLATION
For all appointments MUST BE DONE WITHING NOT LATE THAN 72 BUSINESS HOURS. If not, you will lose your deposit, and a new fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Appointments must be canceled/reschedule over the phone call, text message, or email; we do not honor cancellations via any social media platform.

CHECK-IN, LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOW – NO EXCEPTION
NO SHOW or LATE ARRIVALS (15 minutes and more) or CANCELLATION IN LESS THAN 72 BUSINESS HOURS will be charged 100% of the service price- NO EXCEPTIONS.

TO BOOK your next appointment, you will be asked to prepay the full-service fee.

If you do not show up or cancel your follow-up appointment you are responsible to pay the full fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for filling out the paperwork.
Please do not book unless you are committed as deposits are non-refundable.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards and Cash. No checks will be accepted for payment on the day of your appointment.

Procedure Refusal
I have the right to decline any client who doesn’t seem suitable for the booked service for concerns of safety. All clients who are expecting or nursing fall under this category.

YOU MUST BE 18 years of age or older to enter our premises, schedule an appointment, and have a service done. We do not perform cosmetic tattoos on minors even with the parent’s consent/waiver.

If you have cancer, diabetes or any chronic disease please talk to your doctor first, because will ask you for his approval in writing.
