Appointment Policies

Booking Deposit

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you become ill or experience a genuine emergency, your deposit may be transferred to one (1) future appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment a second time, your deposit will be forfeited.

To schedule another appointment after a forfeited deposit, the full procedure price must be paid in advance. Any required touch-up appointment must also be prepaid before it can be scheduled.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by phone call or text message. We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may have their appointment canceled and will be considered a late arrival/no-show.

Late arrivals and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No exceptions.

To book another appointment after a no-show or late cancellation, the full service price must be paid in advance, including any applicable touch-up fee.

 

Payments

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Personal checks are not accepted.

 

Procedure Refusal

For the safety of our clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a client is not a suitable candidate for the scheduled procedure.

This includes, but is not limited to, clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with certain medical conditions that may affect healing or the safety of the procedure.

If you have cancer, diabetes, an autoimmune disorder, or any other chronic medical condition, please consult your physician before booking your appointment.

 

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties.

 

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter our premises, schedule an appointment, and receive permanent makeup services. We do not perform cosmetic tattoo procedures on minors, even with parental consent.
